Ulrike Witzmann is a change consultant, bridge builder and facilitator for digital transformation & responsibility (CDR). She studied business informatics with a stop abroad focusing on “Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence”. From 2012 to 2017 she worked as a project and change manager at AUDI AG, responsible for national and international digitization projects in production. Lastly for the battery production of the Audi e-tron.

Afterwards she started as a self-employed (Startup-)Coach in the field of digital innovations & business models. Since 2018, Ulrike provides with her own company “The Change Journey” complementary consulting services for digital change – combining technical & systemic knowledge.

She accompanies her clients on their way of change to become resilient organizations with digital and analog competencies. Her key topics: digitization strategies, digital ethics & responsibility, cooperation development (e.g. with startups).
