Alexander Hotowy has been working as a management consultant for plenty of years and has gained extensive experience in the automotive industry. His expertise spans the whole value chain from R&D and production, to the sales and aftersales departments of various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) around the world. As a former Manager of EY, he oversaw a team of several consultants and headed global transformation programs before he decided to start his own business. His boutique consultancy, accilium, focuses almost exclusively on developing new digital business models as well as concepts to address digitalization and mobility changes in the future. Besides his role as accilium’s co-founder and managing partner, he mentors start-ups within the biggest start-up hub of central and eastern Europe. There he shares his insights on successful business planning and advises other founders on topics such as business development and customer experience.”
